Pop Conceptualism is a new movement as defined here, where we take popular iconography and embellish it with conceptual overtones.
In this piece, we reflect on Andy Warhol, Liza Minnelli, Lawrence Weiner, John Baldessari, and the great New York City. We redact the figures as ideas in our own extension of the concepts they vitalized. Abstracted, exacted, material and yet dematerialized, we are art in motion, artifice ideologized, pushing one step beyond. Art as idea – it's what in your mind.
